How do I place an order? 
We are happy to take your order here, on our website.

How can I order an out of stock or pre-order item?


We would love for you to get that hot item you've had your eye on,
so just kindly email us or sign-up for our Newsletter; also do not forget to
follow us on Instagram for product updates & availability.  

Pre-order items are available to purchase, if stated on the product description.
*Please note your card will be charged at the time of purchased. If you ordered additional items with your pre-ordered item, they will be shipped together.
Once items arrived back in stock, they will ship within 24-72 hours and you will be notified once arrived and ready to ship with tracking information.


Do you offer discount codes?

We may offer discounts exclusively via Instagram, Facebook & from our Newsletter.
Please be sure to Follow, Like and Subcribe to us. 

Do you offer gift wrap?
We will soon!

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we have e-gift certificates.

How come I did not receive an Order Confirmation after purchasing my items?
If you ordered from us and did not receive an order confirmation, this could be due to the nature of how paypal handles transactions.
When your order is placed using Paypal, the customer is sent to the Paypal site to complete the order.
Once the order is complete, the customer is given a "return to cart" link within Paypal to
complete the order but many times a customer will forget to click this link, or close the browser once the order is completed within Paypal.

But not to worry, even though you did not receive an order confirmation email after purchasing,
your order has been received by us and we always send an order completion within 24-72 hours, unless there is a
Extreme high volume of orders, which will caused a lengthy shipment delay from our warehouse.


Payment

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal only, at this time.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, all orders placed within the state of Georgia will be charged sales tax.

Is your website secure?
Yes, our site is secure. Glam and Paper
 checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most
trusted online payment solutions on the web. Glam and Paper has all the same securities
and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering your payment information,
you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Master Card, AMEX,
Discover & Bill Me later options.
*You do not need to have a Pay Pal account; after transaction is complete, you 
will be returned to our site.

What is your refund/return policy?
We currently do not accept returns and all orders are Non- Refundable unless item arrived damaged, due to shipment from
carrier or accidentally you were sent the incorrect item.
We will be happy to replace it or provide a full product refund. Photo of the damaged item may be necessary. 
*(Shipping cost is non-refundable & Items must be unused).

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery of your package, so that we may resolve the issue. All returns must be Authorized!
 
To gain authorization for a return, please email us at info@glamandpaper.com. Unfortunately, unauthorized returns will be refused! 
*We can not be responsible for improper handling by the carrier.



Shipping

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Your order will ship within 24-72 hours depending on items ordered, not including weekends from our Atlanta, GA location, once your
order and payment is received, unless there is a Extreme high volume of orders, which will caused a lengthy shipment
delay from our warehouse.

Most orders are shipped USPS via Priority Mail, typically
2-3 business days, but it is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for transit times
and lost & stolen packages, once we have tendered to the carrier, which is the
responsibility of the carrier.

You will receive an email when your package has been shipped & with an expected arrival date.
Depending on products ordered, some packages will require a standard post 2-8 business days.


Can you estimate my shipping costs?
Yes we can! Just kindly send our customer support an email info@glamandpaper.com with your items you wish to have and your address. You can also add items to your cart, then click My Cart, and Shipping: Click to estimate. You will then be directed to enter your country, state or province and zip/postal code, where you will be given estimated shipping cost for either domestic or international shipping.

Can I cancel, update my address or change my order?
You can only cancel, update address or change your order if its still processing.
Once its completed we will not be able to cancel your order or update address since it will be packaged and sent to the carrier.  Since shipping is sometimes super fast please contact us asap after you have ordered to place a request.

Please make sure your shipping and email address is correct and complete before submitting your order.


Do you ship International?
Yes, we can ship international! 
Glam and Paper offers two shipping options for your affordability & convenience.

Priority Mail International: (Preferred Method)
-Delivery in 6 to 10 business days ( For major markets; average number of days may vary
 based upon origin & destination).
-Includes full USPS Tracking
-Service is reliable & affordable
-Includes $50 insurance coverage on package

-First Class Package International:
-Most affordable international service
-Delivery time varies by destination, possibly it could take a couple of weeks
-Tracking is not available to all destinations
-No insurance coverage 


Please understand that Glam and Paper is not
responsible for any international customs, taxes or duties, that may apply.  
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
*Please also be sure to inlcude your phone number and correct addresses as well.

*We are also not responsible for transit times and lost & stolen packages, once we have tendered
to the carrier, which is the responsibility of the carrier. 


We prefer to ship our packages Priority Mail International for better Tracking notifications
and insurance liability, but ultimately its your choice.  
*Packages may shipped separatley if package contents weigh more than 20 lbs.
